Personal Trainer

Ali is a university certified personal trainer. He has an extensive teaching experience from coaching individuals and groups. He has been practicing various sports like Basketball, Rock Climbing, Windsurfing, Jogging, Downhill Biking, Snowboarding, Skiing, Pilates, Yoga, …

These sports have developed his body awareness. He learned  from his mistakes and injuries, he went back to university to add science to the experience. His goal is to teach you how to be fit by avoiding mistakes and injuries.
